M17-JET is an M17 reflector and a single access point for exploring AllStarLink networks, EchoLink, SVX, and other voice services — all bridged through the open-source M17 digital voice protocol.
The user experience is designed to be simple once the initial reflector connection is made. Switching between modules provides ready access to various AllStarLink networks, EchoLink, SVX, and other connected services.
Each module is bridged using USRP2M17, a lightweight software bridge that converts between PCM audio and M17's Codec2 codec. No proprietary hardware or licensing is required.
If you already operate on M17, you already know how to connect to a reflector. M17-JET is just another MREFD reflector to connect to. Once you're linked, every destination M17-JET reaches is one module change away.
